Regrettably, the hire of our hall is unavailable due to damage sustained on Friday the 27th of January. We are currently working with our insurance company to rectify the safety of the property.
Our Hall is available to be hired to the local and wider community for events.
The hall may be booked by members of the public with either a known link to the Mayfield Scout Group or with references and a bond.
Activities that our hall could be used for:

- Martial Arts groups
- Family functions
- Social Events

There is limited parking on-site, accommodating up to 5-8 cars, however, there is parking on the road and easy access to the hall.

Our hall may be booked during the day or evening, rates are listed below:

Although our hall is located on a reserve, it is close to a residential area and as such, we ask that you are courteous and minimise the disturbance to our neighbors. In some situations, we may refuse bookings, for example, heavy metal band rehearsals, train horn appreciation society meetings, or 2-stroke motorcycle test days.
