Hall Hire

Our Hall is available to be hired to the local and wider community for events.

The hall may be booked by members of the public with either a known link to the Mayfield Scout Group or with references and a bond.

Parking

Parking space on site is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles, however, there is plenty parking on Kaipatiki Road with easy access to the hall.

Hall Hire Rates

Our hall may be booked during the day or evening, rates are listed below:

Although our hall is located on a reserve, it is close to a residential area and as such, we ask that you are courteous and minimise the disturbance to our neighbors. In some situations, we may refuse bookings, for example, heavy metal band rehearsals, train horn appreciation society meetings, or 2-stroke motorcycle test days.

Our hall is usually used by our group on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and the occasional weekend.
